Michel and Jean-François Dizerens, are owner-winemakers and heirs to traditional age-old know-how. In the XVI th century, wine growers were already at work at the Domaine de Crausaz.
J&M Dizerens make many and varied wines. Their products have always been invested with an authenticity and are matured in Lutry and Montagny. The Chasselas grape, which is the king of vines in the Lavaux, has no secrets from them. The Chasselas preserves its meekness in fromt of the soils of the region. J&M Dizerens also express their creativity by the elaboration of different specialities: wines and wine assemblages. |
